Vendor Opportunities – Let the Children Play Fundraiser

Join us for Let The Children Play, a community fundraiser supporting an Inclusive Playground Project.

Registration is required to participate. Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserve your space early!

Community Resource Fair – FREE

1:00 PM – Table Setup
1:30–3:30 PM – Community Resource Fair

This opportunity is for nonprofit organizations, community agencies, service providers, and organizations that provide resources to families and the community.

• FREE vendor space
• 20 spaces available
• First come, first served
• Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, tent/canopy, displays, and supplies
• Vendors must be completely set up by 1:30 PM
• Share information about your organization, programs, and services with community members

🛍️ Canopy Row Vendor Fair – $50

3:30–4:00 PM – Vendor Setup
4:00–6:30 PM – Vendor Fair

This opportunity is for small businesses, artisans, makers, crafters, service providers, and other vendors who would like to showcase and sell their products or services.

• $50 vendor fee
• 20 spaces available
• First come, first served
• Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, canopy/tent, displays, and supplies
• Vendors must be completely set up by 4:00 PM
• Vendors may sell products and promote their business during the Vendor Fair
• Vendors may submit the form to the right and pay your fee through the link below.

📌 Important Vendor Information

Registration is required for all vendors. Walk-up vendors will not be accepted.

All vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, tent/canopy, displays, and supplies. No tables or other vendor equipment will be provided.

Spaces are limited, so register early to secure your spot!

Paid Canopy Row Vendor Fair: 4:00–6:30 PM
